From the Heart of Apostolic Praise Tabernacle to the Community

At Free Boxed Lunch, our ministry was born from the heart of Apostolic Praise Tabernacle, a place of worship and community in Fort Myers, FL. In the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, a devastating event that impacted our community, we witnessed the power of unity and compassion firsthand.

In those challenging times, we came together as a church family, determined to support and uplift our community. Recognizing the needs that emerged in the wake of the hurricane, we felt called to provide a tangible solution that would make a meaningful impact in the lives of our neighbors.

Inspired by a shared vision of extending a helping hand and fostering a sense of togetherness, Free Boxed Lunch was established. Since its inception, we have served hundreds of meals to people in our community, including first responders, teachers, students, and individuals from all backgrounds who contribute to the fabric of our vibrant community.
